1. Digital Product Policy

All of our services involve the delivery of custom-made digital products, such as Android game source codes, designs, or compiled APKs. Once a project has been delivered, we cannot offer refunds.

This is because:

  • Digital products cannot be returned
  • Custom development involves time and effort that cannot be reversed

2. When Refunds Are Not Provided

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You change your mind after ordering
  • You provided incomplete or incorrect requirements
  • The delivered project meets the agreed scope
  • Your app is rejected by Google Play due to your own AdMob or policy violations
  • You fail to communicate after the project has started

3. Limited Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following rare situations:

  • The game delivered is completely different from what was agreed upon
  • We are unable to deliver the project within the promised time without any communication
  • A technical issue makes the product totally unusable, and we are unable to fix it

In these cases, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your delivery.


4. Revisions and Support

We are committed to customer satisfaction. If there’s an issue with your delivered game, we will:

  • Fix bugs or technical errors (within the original scope)
  • Offer minor revisions if required
  • Provide support until the game works as promised
