1. Digital Product Policy
All of our services involve the delivery of custom-made digital products, such as Android game source codes, designs, or compiled APKs. Once a project has been delivered, we cannot offer refunds.
This is because:
- Digital products cannot be returned
- Custom development involves time and effort that cannot be reversed
2. When Refunds Are Not Provided
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- You change your mind after ordering
- You provided incomplete or incorrect requirements
- The delivered project meets the agreed scope
- Your app is rejected by Google Play due to your own AdMob or policy violations
- You fail to communicate after the project has started

- The game delivered is completely different from what was agreed upon
- We are unable to deliver the project within the promised time without any communication
- A technical issue makes the product totally unusable, and we are unable to fix it

- Fix bugs or technical errors (within the original scope)
